Basking River is a 800 Square foot apartment on the second floor of a 19th century Victorian townhouse combines 19th century grandeur with a modern, romantic twist. The front porch with wooden glider is a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, looking directly out onto front flower beds and the Hudson River.

Basking River is up one flight of interior stairs and features breathtaking views, beautiful natural light, and a large open-air back deck. This getaway includes a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a living room with a full-size futon. Opposite of the bedroom are the dining room, an ample kitchen and a bathroom. In addition to the 2nd floor apartment, there is communal, shared use of the front porch on the first floor.
