There is an adjoining facsimile apartment that can be rented as well allowing you to have up to 10 guests on the same property. Xaviers is located with a 4 minute walk of 2 beautiful resorts, Riedlbauer's Resort and Glen Falls House. The apartment is 850 square feet, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a large living room and an eat in kitchen. There is a 500 sq ft porch out front that is shared with another apartment with the exact same layout. Large parties are able to rent both sides of the home to enjoy all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. The driveway can fit 6 cars comfortably with additional space in the garage upon request.

There is also, a large front and backyard to enjoy. Guest have access to their full apartment The Catskill Mountains are famous for its thousands of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, some of New York's best ski resorts, opportunities for rock climbing, an abundance of lakes, ponds, creeks, and streams for paddling adventures, swimming and fishing. Within these beautiful mountains you have Roundtop. Roundtop is a little pocket of the Catskills that offers a diverse range of cultures, music and art. Within 25 minutes of the house you can experience German-themed restaurants where dirndls and lederhosen are a common sight, parties with the sounds of deep house music from Brooklyns famous Dope Jams Record Store, Drive in movie theaters, golf Courses, breweries, zoos and even a water park called Flume Zoom. The Catskills are very drivable. If you really want to explore you should have a vehicle because there is so much to see. There are some trains that come up from New York City but the closest drop off points are 15 minutes away. Yes, Uber and Lyft are in the area but again it's better to have a vehicle. If you are not used to Rural areas please be advised that like all wooded areas there is wildlife and camping rules apply. Please do not leave any food outside and do not try to pet any wild animals.
